This site is a salvage yard where smugglers can sell their illegal cargo. An ink spot lost in the middle of the crystal’s plains of Wala. No one seems operating the area but the sealed entrance to an underground bunker may suggest otherwise.
The zone may be randomly dangerous if you come across nervous dealers or smugglers.
