SIGNIFICANT CHARACTERS
TECIA “TWITCH” PACHECO
Drug dealer with connections, who resents BlacJac Security, her former employer.
Due to a tragic accident she suffered nerve damage, resulting in her termination from the organization. Regardless of this, she tries to hide that fact to maintain her reputation as a respected soldier.
Datamined audio suggests that she is a member of the Otoni Group, in hostile competition with Wallace Kim.
Lieutenant MICHAEL CALLUM
Member of PMC BlacJac Security, the corrupt security in charge of Area18 (they are essentially ArcCorp’s police).
He is BlacJac’s local criminal info-agent.
CLOR VEE
Former resident of Spider, Cathcart who likes to emphasise the accent, owns and operates weapons shop Cubby Blast in Area18.
LEV CRONENBERG
Co-owner of G-Loc Bar in Area18, ArcCorp is a hard-drinkin’ jolly old veteran of the Vanduul and Xi’an theaters who’s enjoying the hell out of his retirement.
